Custom printing FAQ
Is there a minimum order?
No. You can order a single t-shirt, hoodie or mug. Prices drop at 10, 25 and 50 units for apparel and at 12, 36 and 72 for mugs.
How does the price-beat promise work?
Send us a written quote from another Melbourne or Australian printer for the same garment, quantity and print size, dated within the last 30 days. We'll beat the total by up to 20%.
How fast is turnaround?
Standard turnaround is 3 to 5 business days after you approve your proof. Express 48-hour printing is available for an extra $15 per order.
Can I meet you in person?
Yes. Call or text 0423 793 130 and we'll meet you in Glen Waverley, anywhere in Melbourne's east, or in the city to help you choose garments, colours and artwork. No website needed. Local pickup is free.
What artwork files can I send?
PNG with a transparent background at 300 dpi works best. We also accept PDF, SVG, AI, EPS and high-resolution JPG. If your file isn't print-ready, we'll fix it before printing.
What printing methods do you use?
Full-colour DTF (direct-to-film) transfers for t-shirts and hoodies, which suit photos and small runs, screen printing for larger single-colour runs, and dye sublimation for mugs.
Can I print a logo or character I found online?
Only if you own it or have permission. We can't print trademarked logos, sports club emblems or copyrighted characters without the owner's approval.
